The Story
We are a group of entrepreneurs based in Silicon Valley. For all of us, the allure of entrepreneurship beckoned at an early age, yet we had no idea where to go or who to talk to. Having found our way and started companies ourselves, we've realized there's still a gap that needs to be filled. Young, aspiring entrepreneurs have no way to get involved in the close-knit startup community. Startup Roots' goal is to create a program that solves that problem and introduces smart young people to the startup world.

The Vision
To provide the nation's best and brightest with a meaningful introduction into the startup community, thereby cultivating a future pool of talent for the technology startup ecosystem.
