Our Team
Startup Roots was founded by a team of current entrepreneurs who saw a clear resource need for both startups and college students. Our combined backgrounds range from product management to management consulting to startup marketing, but we believe that our most important asset is our passion to help build great startup companies and working with the best people to make sure that happens. Startup Roots founders have worked at Accenture, Microsoft, TechCrunch, Brocade Communications, and Deloitte Consulting. They are all currently startup founders and attended universities such as Yale, UC Berkeley, UC Davis and University of Washington.

The founding team is Himani Amoli, Gagan Biyani, Andrew Chen, Lou Hong and Ajay Kamat.
